There are three methods to help you produce and submit your copy for production.
Each will help you to produce high quality print production.
You must register as a customer before using the site. Please remember to login if you have already registered. If you havent registered yet please do and receive an additional 10% Web Discount on your first ordwer by using the NC2012 coupon code whenn you check out. Keep in mind that other discounts, specials, tips and tricks, and free goodies are available when you sign up for our newsletter.
This is the easiest way to provide your copy for print.
Use your favorite layout program to create your copy. Proofread your copy carefully, then save it as a high resolution PDF for print.
Choose the product and options that you are interested in, click "Upload Your Design," then upload your PDF file. Approve your on-screen proof, and place your order.
Custom Design will take you to our online design studio. Before using Custom Design, upload your photos and graphics such as logos into your the "My Images" section of your private account so that they will be available to you. You will still be able to upload graphic files while designing in the Design Studio; it just makes it easier if they already exist.
You are able to save your design for later editing and completion at a later time. Your projects will be saved in your private portfolio.
You are also able to edit your project anytime...even after placing an order and then wanting to make changes for reordering.
Browse Design allows you to choose from a pre-made template where you will be able to editit the design and add to it. Changing images, colors, font styles, positions, rotations, and sizes are just a few of the available options.
Templates are not available for all products; however, if you need one, please feel free to ask us to make one for you by either using our contact page or calling us at 978-534-5255.

We have prepared the following guide to assist you with your electronic file preparation and submission. If you have a specific problem that is not covered in this guide, or have other questions, please feel free to contact us. Improperly prepared files can cause delays in production.
►All images and pictures should be 300 dpi.
►Rasterized text or logos should be 1200 dpi.
►Screen values should be between 133 lpi and 150 lpi.
When submitting production files without using the Online Design features of the site. Attach a zip file to an Email or use our Print-Ready File Upload. We will contact you to discuss your project.
If this project is time sensitive and a RUSH. Please call us at 978-534-5255 so that we are better able to expedite your order.
►All fonts are included, or converted to outlines.
(Please be aware the typos can not be corrected if type is converted to outlines.)
►Type is legible and crisp.
►Page layout is correct.
►Margins are set.
►Artwork matches the specified dimensions.
►All linked files, images, and fonts are placed in separate folders.
►Colors are in CMYK color mode.
We provide PDF files as electronic soft proofs. These digital proofs are intend to show you the layout and design elements of your job but cannot be a guaranty of color accuracy. If color accuracy is of extreme importance to you, please ask for a hard copy proof. Scan all transparencies, photos, and line art at 100% of final size.
When viewing digital proofs, please be sure to view them at 100% or Actual Size to insure that small type, graphics, and images are to your liking.
Approved proofs are final and are submitted for immediate production.
